Nestled in Temecula Valley, California, on a vast hillside with sunny days and cool nights, making it a fantastic location for growing wine berries. The warmer climate also assists in creating naturally semi-sweet wine without blending other grapes.

Our boutique wine focuses on single rather than blended varietals to achieve a more authentic taste. Our grapes come from our vineyard and local vineyards to keep flavor and aroma consistent. Our cellars are designed to create the ideal settings for boutique wines. Our French Oak, Kosher for Passover, barrels are kept at optimal temperatures and humidities. Everything is carefully monitored to ensure absolute perfection in our craft.

Temecula Valley has grown into a vast wine country over the past decade, rivaling many central and northern California regions such as Napa and Sonoma Valleys.
